These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Velora Restore website, services, booking links, and text messaging program. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Services and health information

Velora Restore provides massage and bodywork services intended to support relaxation, comfort, mobility, recovery, and performance. These services are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Results vary, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information relevant to safe service, including health conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy, or recent procedures, and to tell your practitioner promptly about discomfort during a session. Seek emergency or medical care when appropriate.

Appointments, rates, and payment

Availability, session lengths, and rates shown on this website may be updated prospectively. The rate displayed when you confirm through the booking provider controls your booking. Payment and appointment information may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms. Current listed rates are flat and tipping is not expected.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, or no-show policy presented during booking forms part of your appointment agreement. Late arrival may shorten a session to avoid affecting the next client.

Appropriate conduct

Services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Inappropriate, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, or unsafe conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of a session, refusal of future service, and payment obligations as permitted by law.

SMS messaging terms

When you check the separate consent box and send an opt-in request, you agree to receive recurring automated appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, and occasional marketing text messages from Velora Restore at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or call 754-212-7769. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will notify us if that number changes.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process data only to support communications, including message delivery and technical operations. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Website content and acceptable use

Website content is provided for general information and may contain errors or become outdated. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that interferes with operation, or use its content to violate law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Velora Restore name, logo, design, copy, and original website content are owned by or licensed to Velora Restore and are protected by applicable law. Limited personal, noncommercial viewing is permitted. No other use is authorized without written permission.

The website links to services operated by third parties, including booking and map providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, terms, privacy, security, or content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Velora Restore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
